Before a customer becomes a consumer of any service or product, they are a prospect or a lead that must be managed as part of a large sales funnel. Unfortunately, the range of tools used to manage this funnel goes from completely integrated CRM systems to spreadsheets and paper-based techniques. In this case, our client had a national sales force that was charged with finding new customers and beginning the provisioning process.

Solution
By automating several manual processes, we were able to provide an effective sales tool for use by sales staff located across Canada. This included incorporation of a customized mapping solution that allowed sales staff to visualize where their potential customers were located and a document generation component to create all necessary paperwork required to complete a sale.
