Customer issue
Our client, like many businesses, found that their customer data was resident in multiple systems, applications, technical environments and data stores. Where data could be found, it was based on specific sales, pricing, ordering, provisioning or billing processes. Unfortunately, there was not one place to go where all information related to a specific customer could be found.

Solution
The key to successfully addressing this issue was configuring a product that we had previously brought to market. This product effectively mapped information across the enterprise and then assembled all information in a single one-window format. Using XML technologies, all data for a specific customer can now be efficiently searched for and viewed from one place. As an added bonus, an end user can now launch many of the application that own specific data from the same window.
